Family Beach Shoot | Long Beach Island, NJ

This past August, I met with the Hosmers on Long Beach Island for a family shoot. We had discussed taking photos of their two adorable girls, Janie and Samantha awhile back so I was excited to get to it. The flies were crazy and thanks to my husband who doubled as my assistant on our shoot, I had a professional fly swatter on location and by the looks of the photos, you would never know that flies were everywhere! 

I love how Emily made sure the family was coordinating and in shades of blue. It really helped to pick up the blue of the sky and the ocean. The Radio Flyer was used to get the girls up to the beach but actually ended up serving as an awesome prop for our shoot.

We didn't have much time given the sun was quickly setting and the short attention span of little ones but we were thrilled with the end results!
