Remember when you were younger and spinning around in a dress would create an upside-down teacup? Sam and I couldn't believe the lift we got with this dress! It was made for doing just this (spins in the atrium while overlooking the water fall???)!

This dress is an exact replica of a Theory dress I saw not too long ago at their Greenwich location. Don't be fooled though, this one is from Forever21! Short Hills Mall opened up a Forever21 semi-recently and they are known for replicating tons of styles that you see on the runway and in collections, such as Theory. This dress is actually good quality and is made of a very thick fabric.
